On behalf of the Organizing Committee, It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 5th Annual International Conference of the Pakistan Society for Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery. This year's congress will be held Najmuddin Auditorium (JPMC), Karachi. From 1st – 2nd February, 2025.

This year marks the 5th international congress hosted by PSMBS, and we are excited to continue building on the success of previous years. The congress provides an exceptional opportunity to reconnect in a fully face-to-face setting, fostering invaluable interactions and collaborations among experts, researchers, and colleagues in our field.

We have designed special and innovative programs intended to provoke thoughtful discussion and facilitate meaningful exchanges. This congress will showcase research achievements and the latest insights from both domestic and international experts in metabolic and bariatric surgery. Our aim is to create a dynamic environment that encourages sharing of insights, exchange of ideas, and strengthening of professional relationships.
